Dobbs lasted 2 hours as the backup. But smart move considering the cap space saved and DTR’s play.

Honestly when I saw the report earlier that Dobbs was the no 2 I was a little disappointed. I get he’s a vet and knows more but the talent gap between he and DTR was evident.

Whoa. Browns drafted QB DTR w/ 5th round (140th) Pick in ’23. Cards picked QB Clayton Tune at 139 in ’23 draft. Now we trade Cards Dobbs & a 7th for a 5th. Cards drafting made them spend two 5ths to fill their backup roll, AB’s drafting and trades got our backup spot filled for a net 7th.
