  1. This offence is so mid even if Schneider was the best manager in the majors it wouldn’t matter. At this point not sure there’s much any manager can do to make this team hit or dot he fundamentals better.

  2. I’d love to be proven wrong but I honestly just dont believe in this team at all to make any significant run to end the season.

They haven’t been able to put together a win streak worth a shit all year long. The offense is just too incompetent to hold up for a streak of games. Its a shame really.

  3. If There was another gear this team could hit, they would have already. This is who they are for this year

  4. At least he’s passionate about winning. I might not agree with some of his management decisions, but it could be a hellava lot worse.

Hope this fires up the team and they decide to run through a wall for him and go on an extended run.

  5. When this guy’s managing career inevitably fails, he can always audition for the role of “Captain Obvious”

  6. Yeah they’ve been saying that all season now. Like wtf is this team doing? How can you be so bad at scoring runs? There’s something fundamentally wrong with this team

  7. Only 10 games left against teams over .500 (if the Yankees keep falling apart and the Red Sox don’t go back to being bad) so going on a run now is possible……and the Jays have had some pretty good runs this season when the schedule gets soft but I think Seattle and Boston also have weak schedules coming up?

  8. Seems like the plea for urgency is setting in. Hopefully we start hearing more of this from everybody, and seeing that attitude on the field

  9. I approved of the bullpen additions at the deadline. But it was painfully obvious they needed to find a way to add a bat. Maybe that was on the table and maybe it wasn’t. But if they don’t make the postseason it should drive them mad that they didn’t acquire someone to help bolster this lineup.
