The logical, non emotional decision would be to hold onto him.
His value could not be lower. We probably wouldn’t get more than a 6th for him.
Also the NFL has a long track record of falling in love with bad QBs. Miami traded a 2nd for Rosen. Carolina traded a 2nd for Darnold. Raiders traded a 5th for Hackenberg. It’s remarkable how stupid some teams are when it comes to QBs.
Lance is potentially 2 deep ball throws in garbage time away from some idiot team offering a 3rd mid season.
The more Lance plays the lower is value is.
I would just keep him a mystery and trade him.
We have to do the right thing and trade Lance to wherever he wants to go.
Hold on to him. They need depth at the position. Tired of hearing about empathy and fairness and equity for a pro athlete with 34 million dollars in the bank for throwing 400 passes since he started high school. Let him rot on the bench until they need him then discard at earliest convenience
