Jokes aside this next stretch is going to make or break our season. We need to win a huge amount of these games. Remember when Tampa started the season 13-0 against these teams, we need a huge stretch against these bad pitching staffs (see image)

Why doesn’t this give me hope.
The Royals and Nationals have been playing competitive games in August, they aren’t freebie wins.
I wouldn’t be shocked if we got shut out at least 3 of those games.

Each series: Win game one, lose game two in an embarrassing fashion, win game three.
They are going to go 7-5 during this stretch because this is a good team but not great team
If we fuck this up, I’m going to personally find Guillermo Martinez and yeet him into Lake Ontario.
Teams with nothing to lose are actually the most dangerous.
I predict approximately .500 – 7-5 or 6-6 or 5-7, this team ain’t it.
And we already lost one of em. This team isn’t worthy of a playoff spot. Tank and hope to draft something even remotely close to what the O’s have been able to do.
