Outrageous. Refs need to go! They only manipulate games- this should be computer resolved.
The call is illegitimate and avoidable.
Yeah but it’s Joey Gallo. He would have struck out on the next pitch too
I’m a Ranger fan and I was watching it live. It was a terrible pitch and a bad call. That being said Gallo is batting a buck 80 and almost 150 K’s, he’s not really in a position to argue balls and strikes
Lots of bad calls in the Angels game today too
Good lord, dude, wtf was he even looking at? I understand missing borderline calls, especially outside. But the catcher either reached for that pitch or stood the fuck up. No excuse.
What’s even more messed up is thay Joey Gallo never strikes out. Without that bad calls like this, he’s probably hitting 320 or so
