Got this email from the Angels, it reads like a Going Out of Business Sale advertisement. Since they most likely will be struggling to get people to show up and are getting rid of everyone and everything.
I say if anyone goes to a game, haggle them on the prices. Tickets are $25, how about I give you $5. Hot dogs and a beer $30, how about $10.

When I saw this email I could sense the desperation in getting fans to the stadium. With Ohtani gone next year, the Big A is going to look like the Oakland Colusiuem going forward.

Nope, I’m not giving this team anymore money…and I doubt I’ll go to many (if any) games next season either. As long as Arte has a death grip on this franchise, things aren’t going to get any better.
Next year Is gonna be empty.
I went to 20 games this year. My last one was the rally monkey give away. I went to the Seattle series and that’s when I knew it was over.
Not sure why more teams don’t do this. Just get people (especially kids) in the stadium. Could be a memory no matter how bad the team is.
