So having seen Yelich’s struggles last month, I had a bit of a deep dive into the background stats that have changed, and then some technical things that I think have caused it.Its possibly my best piece yet so hoping you guys enjoy it!
Most worrying of all is the drop is exit velocity, it’s always been high for the crew so dropping to 86 mph is.. concerning.

Edit: just to clarify this piece is an analysis of what’s different month to month and how he can return to his July form, definitely not advocating for dropping him or being too harsh on him

Oh hush. The man was carrying us for a great chunk of the season. Man will find his groove and he will be back at it. He’s already proved he can.
He’s broken out of his ground ball funk before so I expect he’ll do it again.
