[CanucksReporter] Boeser on his off season: “I changed gyms and tried something new. I’ve been working really hard and started in the gym a little earlier. I’ve been skating hard and I’m just trying to take it a day at a time. I’m excited to be out here early to skate with the guys.”

  1. We love you too, Brock. Can’t wait to see this guy have a great year and silence all the haters and skeptics.

  2. I read somewhere he had to build his core up after the clutterbuck hit and was training like a linebacker and put on 15lbs of muscle. Unfortunately it took away from his speed and mobility, which explains the last two years of seemingly decline. Let’s hope he focused on speed and duration in the gym this summer. Remember folks, he’s an Allstar MVP, a Prince Charming doppelgänger and a really nice person.

  3. Glad he’s not playing in Da Beauty League this summer, learning all the bad habits of playing soft right before he has to turn it up for the Canucks.

  4. So much effort has to occur to even have a shot at the nhl it always intrigues me when guys aren’t focused on off season training or coming into camp out of shape. It’s like not being able to start work on time. I guess slacking at work is just a universal concept. Hope he shows up to backup his words.

  5. Man. Everything I’m reading about these guys is that they are super committed to health and cote strength conditioning. They are pissed off with how the last few seasons have gone and are hungry right now.

    Let’s fucking go
