Hey guys, I hope everything is okay with Kai Jones because his social media posts lately have been pretty bizarre. He has always been a bit excited and eager but the frequency of his twitter posts that are manic in nature has gone up pretty dramatically.

Hope he gets talked to by someone on the team because this looks bad. Mental health issues can manifest in people Kais age and he looks like he could use some counseling. Our new owners say they want to invest in the team and getting the right support staff would be a good first step.

Yea I’ve been noticing this I hope he gets help I’ve had a few friends who developed schizophrenia around the same age (late teens early 20s) and it’s hard to watch, not saying that’s what’s happening with Kai, but if so kai is in one of the best situations to get help with the resources around him, I really hope he figures everything out because he seems like a great high character kid and I want the best for him even if he never develops on the court

When do we have to send out a pick to New York (owed from our trading up to get Kai)?
While it does seem like the past week or so has been more erratic I don’t think it’s drugs.
It’s not like he’d posting things and deleting them. All of this stuff is still up on his page, even that full live.. He’s also been posting him working out with hornets players.
He looks pretty wild drenched in sweat and rambling but he did say he just got finished working out.
I think it’s irresponsible to try and diagnose someone based on social media posts
As a person who has a bit of a history of getting a tad manic I don’t find this one video that problematic. I don’t follow Kai so I can only base it on this single instance so take it with a grain of salt.
Well in related news my older brother who is a bit of a head case called me the other day to tell me he just did 3 rounds at the boxing gym with “some nba guy called kai

Truly hope he’s alright. Maybe Marvin Williams will speak to him, wasn’t he hired for this type of thing?
The way he’s sweating profusely and slurring his words, I wouldn’t count out drug use but I hope not.

I hope it’s nothing serious and that he’s alright, but this example doesn’t seem too crazy for him. Still dealing with stuff like trade rumors is probably pretty rough especially when you’re so young.
I’m worried he’s having a manic episode 🙁
