  1. I would remove Scherzer and throw Strider lower.

Also I mean Peralta can be replaced by his teammates

  2. Cole Aragorn’s should be so much higher than that. He’s been possibly the best pitcher in baseball for the last couple of weeks. It obviously won’t translate to any awards, but it ought to translate into the hottest pitcher rankings.

  3. Scherzer but no JV is… interesting.

Not even saying JV deserves it but Max certainly doesn’t.

  4. These padres have the best pitcher and are always on the positive side of offense and pitching charts, they must be doing really good!

  5. I love the idea of Snell winning the Cy Young with the Padres potentially finishing 10+ games below .500.

    Peak Padresing

  6. Hasn’t Kikuchi been one of the best pitchers in baseball since the all star break?

Also, do Gaussman and Bassit not exist in this Ranker’s world?

  7. Spencer Strider is just playing 5-D chess. The faster he gives up home runs, the faster he can move onto the next strikeout. He had a start against the Mets last year where he only recorded 8 outs, but 6 of them came with the strikeout

He’s like the Schwarber of hitters I guess
