  1. I’ll take it. I could only hope for average Oline play after last year so I’m impressed they started with so much improvement.

    I don’t really like ESPN’s blocking stats but they and PFF have us at 77 which would be good for 6th and 11th, respectively. I’m not familiar with SIS but that’s the metric that doesn’t like our performance – 37, good for 6th worst

  3. I’m not sure how much ESPN actually looked at OL while doing the ratings. Example of what I mean is Chiefs ratings being 100 from ESPN, but 59 & 44 from others. That’s a huge difference. At the very least, they let favoritism show through some of the ratings.

  4. I think this is a great measurement of how our DL made their OL look bad. (i.e, our DL won more)

    I think it’s also a great measurement that our OL was matched up pretty closely with their DL. (i.e., we were evenly matched).
