RB Austin Ekeler on Chargers inability to finish games: ‘It’s just straight-up inconsistency’

Idk, seems pretty consistent to me
Listening to the whole clip it sounds like he’s talking about coaching turnover.
Checks out, i bet we absolutely shut the titans down and then give up 200+ to JJettas the next week, this team just loses focus after any sort of positive momentum.

I disagree, I think the defense has been very consistently bad, and Staley has consistently shown himself to be a mentally challenged bum riding high off of luck and his ability to manipulate people with his words.
You know what, maybe he’s just a silver tongued piece of shit human being and is actually pretty smart outside of his ability to coordinate defenses.
Not sure what’s worse, absolutely braindead or the serpent in the garden. Either way, excise him from this organization asap like the tumor he is.

We’re consistently inconsistent. I’m still going to support this team all day long but as far as I’m concerned fuck Staley he is just an awful coach. Look what Dan Campbell did for the Lions and he isn’t even a top tier coach but he at least stoped them from being the Lions so far. And the defense is just a joke
Love how open and transparent Austin has always been. The dude plays fantasy football for Christ sakes. He’s one of us
Been watching chargers for over 30 years now and it isn’t inconsistency. Chargers defense has been consistently HORRIBLE the last 4-5 mins of a game. It’s clear the players are gassed and they start getting beat on every route while applying almost no pass rush pressure. Happens so much I’ve lost count of the many dozens of games we’ve thrown away in the last few mins while on D. If we need to make a game winning drive we do OK, but if it’s the other team is like 75% a loss
this team is way too similar to my padres it’s heartbreaking
