Ravens upgrades/downgrades in Madden

I thought it would be fun to track the Ravens’ changes through Madden as the year progressed for any of our Madden players.

The first thing that stands out is that Lamar went down from a 91 to a 90. The only change in stats coming at a 2 overall decrease in awareness. I later checked to see if the NFL’s golden boys (Joe Burrow and Josh Allen) also went down in overalls after their horrific week 1 showings. Both of them also went down one overall.

Roquan went up to a 93 with an upgrade to awareness (86) and an upgrade to tackling, bringing it up to an astounding 98. He also saw an increase in other field general stats.

Going up one overall are: Kyle Hamilton (83), Patrick Queen (81), Morgan Moses (80), Justin Madabuike (79), Odafe Oweh (76), Justice Hill (74) and Jordan Stout (73).

Downgraded by one overall are OBJ (84), Agholor (78) and Brent Urban (73).

Now for the standout upgrades. Ardarius Washington went up 2 overalls to a 65. Our highest jump (but not the most important) is John Simpson with a 4 overall upgrade from 66 to 70. His run block and pass block both saw significant upgrades.

The most exciting jump of the week is Zay Flowers with a 3 overall upgrade led by an astounding 13 overall upgrade in Awareness. The interesting part of this upgrade is that Zay is now 2 overalls higher than Bateman.
