  1. Tbh I don’t even care. There were so many bad calls for both teams today. All of the PI’s were soft af. The intentional grounding has gotta be one of the worst I’ve ever seen… almost unbelievable.

  2. Everyone complains about the final play that ended the ref strike, But that whole game was a disaster…

  3. i don’t even get why ppl still talk abt penalties when it comes to losses now like okay cool so every time anyone loses it’s going to be because of one bad call, like get fucking real, and i’m not hating on the lions they played their hearts out and it was an emotional game for lions fans so i get their frustration but at some point us as fans have to just disregard missed calls when it comes to why you lose, it’s such a cop out excuse to explain why you lost rather than admitting there were situations where your team didn’t do what they needed to and that is the real reason a bad call or no call was more of an “impact” to your teams performance. i’m just sick of it

  4. can’t reply to my first comment but this is literally what hutch does too as a michigan fan and a lions enjoyer hutch exaggerates contact and tugs all the time, the refs probably won’t call anything when they see him act like that almost every play, they know he’ll exaggerate it and if they don’t see enough to warrant that exaggeration they won’t call it plain and simple

  5. He did get held and I’m glad the refs decided to not call it. It was a make up for the intentional grounding call earlier

  6. It was a hold man. But there’s holding on every play in the NFL…… so yeah Lions are gonna have to deal with it.

  7. Lions Fan based in Seattle here. Saw the hold, he was defintely held. It is very Lion’s fan like to blame the game on that one non-call but the blame is on our defense for having a blind spot to the flat the whole game and we did not adjust. Defenses should not be giving up 90 yards to Noah Fant and Will Dissly (no offense to those guys, I have them in my dynasty league). Plus there were bad calls going both ways. 2 of our PI’s, Geno’s intentional grounding etc. Plus the Hawks should have had 6 more points than they did. All that to say Seattle won that game fair and square and it was an entertaining wild ride to witness. My only complaint is the OT rules. A coin toss could have given us the win too but dem the rulez.

  8. It’s a soft hold, if you’re placing your bets that it’ll be called in OT with the game on the line instead of just getting after it, you’re making the wrong choice.

  9. Out of all the missed holding calls, this is the least egregious one. Same for the pi on the 2 point play on wsh vs den, just not enough there to call it in the situation.

  10. I mean if that happened to the hawks we’d all be up in arms about it lol stop pretending. Wtbs I always appreciate them leaning on the No call in big situations

  11. I do think the hawks got a majority of the benefit from the bad reffing.

Maybe it’s just me but seemed like they were calling it tight early to try and control the physicality of the game? Our guys got chippy when frustrated last week and the perception I had going in was that the lions were going to try and be physical.

This play with Hutchinson has some angles where it truly doesn’t look like a hole at all but even Curhan admitted that he wasn’t sure if it was clean and looked for a flag after the play
