Patriots rookie Christian Gonzalez continues to shine early in NFL career

It’s insane that this guy dropped as far as he did in the draft, when he was projected as the consensus #1 corner until the galaxy brained draft analysts started talking about how Gonzalez is “soft”.
We’ve already seen him absolutely CRACK a few guys out there, so we know he’s physical. There was one play where I felt he could have been more physical last game, but that can be cleaned up.
He’s on an island right now. The rest of the D is disappointing
I bet this guy finishes his rookie contract, looks like one of the best corners in the league, we don’t extend him, he gets a huge pay check from a defense hungry team, and then looks like shit. Patriots corner cycle.
Gonzo, White, Dugger, C-Bar, Jones, Jones, and Mapu. Sheesh. That’s hot shit. A lot of young talent on that side of the ball.
