His season was over when he got sent to Florida
There’s a lot I don’t like about how all this went down, and it’s real weird too but whatever. Get better big Puma. We know what you’re capable of and we love ya
So he’s been going around to different doctors trying to find something wrong, even though every doctor keeps telling him he’s perfectly fine?
I know a few people like that, and they’re all out of their minds.
Sounds like he’s still trying to come up with an excuse why he pitched so poor.
Isn’t going to get better sitting around not throwing.
How did Alek look in spring training?
Did it ever actually start?
Did he actually report to the doctor for the injections?
Innings jump from 2 seasons ago to last season could explain a lot of what’s behind his performance drop in the last year
What are the chances that he’s traded?
The Markelle Fultz vibes I’m getting from Manoah right now are not good.
Unfortunately for Alek his season was over long before this. Here’s hoping he figures things out and is able to come back better than ever next season.
Hopefully traded in the off season.

Steroid injections?!?
Poor Alek. He’s become the new whipping boy now that the doomer subsection haven’t been able to rage about us not being a playoff team anymore.
He had a very bad year on the mound, and he hasn’t handled the situation very well (neither did the team, frankly), but here’s hoping he can turn it around this offseason, get his game back, and try to recoup some of the future contract value he lost this year.

Botox? Hot beef?
He needs an attitude adjustment injection to his brain and some Ozempic while they’re at it.
