He’s not just pointing a finger at everybody else saying, ‘You guys have to do this for me. I think he’s putting that pressure on himself to be better, to come in and be great every year. So there’s no pressure on, there’s no added pressure when he says that to us as a team, or me as a person, that I have to be better.”

Long time, serious fans know that Giannis’s comments are nothing new and don’t indicate that he’s on the verge of asking out so I’m glad that finally someone with reach said this.

He’s said this every time contract negotiations come up. Leverage and keeps the organization honest. I really don’t think he’s leaving anytime soon if not ever.

  2. Let’s just start the season and end the soap opera crap the media feeds us.

Play ball. Win games. Thats all I care about as a fan.

  3. The fact that those comments became such a big deal is hilarious. The most competitive dude in the league holds his team/organization to high standards, says he wants to win at any cost. What a shock

  4. Every “rumor” I see stemming from the comments made by Giannis having him going to a team that is doing less than the Bucks are doing to win a Championship.

Even if Brook and Jrue are not around in the near future, I don’t think it’s a homer reaction to say Giannis on the Bucks has a better chance at winning than Giannis on a post-Lebron Lakers do.
