Report: Ducks severely undervalue Zegras on potential next contract. Incoming trade?

I love how they quote Ben Mathewson, whom according to his twitter bio is “A&R Admin at Ultra Records/Sony Music | Former label manager at Ropeadope | mostly sabres and movie tweets”
I seriously doubt they are offering him $3-4 million. It’s probably more of a squabble over whether he should get $6.5 or $7
I see this the same way I saw the Troy Terry situation. This all means absolutely nothing
Lol how many times I commented the ducks will under pay there stars and be forced to trade them. I doubt he goes anywhere now and he’s probably gonna sign but man… Can’t just make this shit up.
He’s exactly the kind of player the market overpays for. I like him but I think it would be savvy not to pay him his full market value and get what you can someday instead.
