Weird flex, ik, but I am a sometimes crim defense lawyer and found a case with pretty much same facts(18 yr old impregnated 13 yo) under same laws (1980-84 law was unchanged) https://law.justia.com/cases/louisiana/supreme-court/1983/81-ka-3160-1.html and sentence was
