[Dugar] Jamal Adams is “as close as you can get” to playing, Pete Carroll says. If Jamal doesn’t play Sunday, he’s very likely playing in Week 4, Pete says.

  1. Big picture view, Jamal is on schedule. Regarding this game, if he’s close, I think Pete should let him play (limited reps) and see how his body reacts next week.

We then are @ Giants and then the bye. Jamal always plays borderline reckless, so I kinda want to avoid him overexerting himself in the scenario that it’s his 1st game back and in front of a NY crowd.

  2. If he’s “as close as you can get” to playing, then why is there doubt that he’s suiting up for sunday?

  3. Pete said it like that because they don’t want the Panthers scheming for him. He’ll play, but minimal. Or not at all, which I’d prefer frankly.
