Damn we could have drafted Ocyrus Torrence instead of JMS and had Gates be center.
Would of sucked for the giants. It’s coaching.

That o-line gave up NINE sacks today!
Id take JMS over Gates at C but would take a garbage disposal over Glownski/Lemiuex
Constant bad oline performance is strictly a NY Giants problem.
Not sure why people are comparing Gates and JMS. JE is listed at LG playing LT because of injuries. Gates would still be the backup C playing Guard in a similar situation. We need him right now. The debate shouldn’t be JMS vs Gates and that’s not what this post was about either

Sooooooooooooo….we got a competent C in the draft. He will be MUCH better than Games eventually if he is not already. Gates is a C. Are you seriously suggesting the Giants should have offered him a contract that he signed with WA..and that he should have accepted this contract….so he give up playing OC and be a backup OG? Cause he aint no starting OG in this league.
