It starts with the hitting coaches
Farhan has one last offseason to prove himself. If next year sucks, he has to go. Kapler will be collateral damage likely as the new GM/President of Baseball Ops will want his own guy.
Absolutely need a retooled staff. That’s on Kap. As a manager; I think he rocks it with the awful talent provided. But his hired hands has been abysmal.
I’m not sure anyone gets fired. This regime is mid pack at best but I’m not seeing any fire or urgency from the ownership.
I’m also not convinced the owners can do any better, with the way they operate we might end up with worse.
Hitting coaches will be gone. Need one voice. I doubt any other changes occur. Same thing next year? Mass overhaul will happen.
I’m not sold on our entire coaching staff period. But i doubt we see any shake up. If we miss the playoffs next year, I’m fine with letting Farhan go. Kapler can kick rocks now for all i care
I have never ever worked a job in an office where you have 5 years to prove yourself.
