  5. Marc Spears is one of the most credible reporters in the sport and has a close relationship with Dame so I’d consider him credible. But what he’s been saying today hasn’t been adding up at all. Wouldn’t they be interested in Barnes?

    Portland doesn’t care for Herro so how is Dick (😏) attractive? It’s like ppl saying Portland would take Maxey, they don’t need anymore guards there’s a reason they don’t want Herro.

    They knew what they were really doing with that headline though so I’ll give them that

  9. raptors with dame still aren’t a top 3 team in the east. our competition in the east would still be the bucks and Celtics. the whole point of us getting dame was to be able to beat whoever in the finals and finally get a chip.

    Portland shipping away their 33 year old franchise player like that to a non contender is messed up. like y’all really burning that bridge and ruining your rep and credibility for what exactly? no matter what they get in return they’re still not making any noise in the playoffs for another 3+ years (likely more).

  10. this isn’t happening yall, dames done enough to make miami the team. seems to be a leverage play the raptors are helping the blazers out with. there’s no chance toronto trades actual value for a guy who poses a risk of phoning it on the court ala vince carter and just showing up bringing bad vibes to the locker room because he doesn’t wanna be there.

  13. We need to as. The fan base come to terms with the fact that Portland won’t trade him to Miami out of spite. They just needed one reasonable offer and they found it.
