  1. This loss is squarely on McVay. What in the actual fuck was our game plan tonight?

Failed to run the ball against a terrible run defense. Allowed the Bengals to tee off on Stafford thanks to becoming one dimensional. Completely ignored Nacua. Repeatedly tried to get the ball in Kyren’s hands through the air despite him showing that he can not reliably catch the ball. No adjustment to account for our completely overmatched LT.

Just a complete waste of a phenomenal defensive effort. Felt like watching last year’s offense. Fucking unbelievable.

  2. This was a classic Galaxy Brain McVay game. Overthinking and no balance between pass and run. I had a really bad feeling after he called a pass on first and goal from the three on their first drive. Also his refusal to help our backup LT with chip blocks was criminal.

Great game by the defense though. Only gave up one TD and held them to long field goals which is great against a dink and dunk offense.

  3. Why do i care so much. I can see players laughing, shaking hands. I shouldn’t care that much about a team lol but damn it can’t help it

  4. Incredibly atrocious game by McVay. Was one possession for most of the night and made zero attempt to run the ball

  5. The amount of Clowns in the game day thread blaming Stafford for this game make me embarrassed of our fanbase.

Newsflash we still have one of the worst rosters in the NFL. I know you have all crowned Puka as the next best thing but some how none of you give Stafford and Mcvay credit for making that happen. Without Kupp we easily have the worst WR core in the NFL and it’s not even close. That combined with our Patchwork O-line it’s crazy to point the finger at Stafford and say it’s his fault.

If you are going to blame anything blame Mcvay for not trying to establish the run and continuing to struggle to scheme RedZone plays.

In my opinion this coaching staff and Stafford are working miracles out there and you all are acting like we have a Superbowl caliber roster that should be blowing teams out.

  6. Our offense was absolutely horrid. Defence did everything they could to stem the tide. Need Kupp back, and some GODDAMN DEPTH WITH OUT O LINE.

  7. Get well soon Alaric. I really hope we don’t have to see Thomas on the field ever again.

Silver linings, we should get healthy and we had a chance at this Football game even if we didn’t win it. Depressing to lose it, I really felt like we could have had it but it is what it is. Colts next week, then Eagles. By then hopefully Kupp and Alaric are back and we can see what this team really is.

I’m excited to see how low Thomas’ PFF grade is.

  8. Honestly, if McVay gets his head out of his ass and we don’t get fucked by the refs, we win. Get to .500 by the second half of the schedule and this team has a shot at the playoffs. A lot of positives still with a young squad, and the negatives should (hopefully) be fixed by better coaching.

  9. They better hope Jackson is fine because the backup LT was terrible. Defense played well but the offense was terrible in the 2nd half, which is also after Jackson got injured (not that the rest of the o-line was great tonight regardless). Also, no idea why they never bothered establishing the run and you are not going to win any football games when going 0/10 on 3rd down.

  10. mcvay sticking with shotgun and not running the ball on 2nd and long is what frustrated me the most…very pleased with raheem and the defense today

  11. I’m disgusted by the NFL tonight. Horrific officiating decided this game. They took 8 points off the board for the Rams and let a ridiculous interception stand.

That said, offense played like shit most of the night and the play calling was super suspect.

Our LT situation is just as bad as it ever was if AJ can’t stay healthy. Why isn’t Noteboom the backup?

  12. idk if my brain is fried but allowing the bengals to call a time out post snap pulling a touchdown off the board is wild to me

  13. Let’s be honest the Rams were robbed of a TD and Cincy was gifted the first INT. Even so, the team looked awful. The O line is absolutely shameful. It felt like Stafford was gonna get sacked every single offensive play. He got away from a couple on his own but 6 sacks is bad.

  14. Bengals didn’t beat us, we beat ourselves tonight it sucks. I still feel like we can be 4-4 hopefully 5-3 and see from there. Still feel better than I did before week 1 but tonight was a major missed opportunity

  15. We would have had 8 more points if we didn’t have 2 touchdowns taken back on BS calls. Played the way we did and still win. This was a travesty and they couldn’t let the most expensive QB start 0-3.

  16. Its almost as of someone owed their good friend Zac, who happened to be the HC of a 60/m qb, the nfls worst rushing defense, and an 0-2 team, a favor. Yes thats how negligent the game plan was.

It is an elementary adjustment in football to chip for a struggling tackle or simply run draw plays to keep the ends honest.

  17. Anyone else feel like Stafford has been about as unlucky as possible these past 2 weeks? The deflections, dropped passes, seemingly every 50/50 play has gone against him. Just an observation.
