Blazers need Dick’s length (Dick 6’8” vs 6’5” Herro) in the NBA, bigger is better. Portland needs a gurthy forward, not a small guard (which Dick plays Vs Herro at SG) and a triumphant 4.5m cap hit Vs. 27m. Dick is literally everything Portland wants.

Neither of them are the centerpiece of any deal. They’re throw ins. Herro has peaked and we’d have to unload him elsewhere since he adds no value to our team. Grady is on a rookie contract and has potential that hasn’t been tapped yet.
