  1. You can hear the faint sound of the clown car getting louder and louder on the horizon…… (Joe was correct in what he said)

  2. There’s only so much a koala can bear Aaron.

We’re doing our best to stay positive in the middle of this circus

  3. We have 3 tds in 3 games. And the main reason is because Zach is incompetent and Saleh and Douglas refuse to try to change it. Like enough is enough. We’ve seen how this ends after last season.

  4. Rodgers has been a jet for like 6 months…I am sure his tune would change if he realizes how same ole jets this really is

  5. This is why this franchise is shit is because no one worth a damn wants to deal with our fucking fan base. so next time you cry about this franchise look in the mirror you miserable bastard’s

  6. Aaron, the last time the Jets made the playoffs I wasn’t old enough to drink. Now the Jets drive me to drink every year. Bitching is the only thing resembling fun Jets fans get to do. Leave me alone.

  7. You can’t imagine how little I care about anything Aaron Rodgers has to say/do if he’s not actively playing qb for us.

  8. Been holding my poise for over 40 years. Supported this team through shit coaches like Joe Walton, Bruce Coslet, Rich Kotite and Herm Edwards. Shit draft pics like Blair Thomas and Vern Ghoston. Shit FAs and trades like Tim Tebow. Been holding my poise while we ruined rookie QBs like Nagle, Geno Smith, Hackenberg, Clemens, Darnold and now Zach.

Was at the game on Sunday and watched Zach hold too long when receivers were open, check down to 2 yd completion on 4th and 10 and so many other decisions.

  9. Yes, definitely, the problem with the Jets is the fans reaction to incompetence. They should just sit there and cheer no matter what. Zach Wilson, who’s in his 3rd NFL season is a sensitive boy, and would be pro-bowl caliber if it wasn’t for the negativity. It all makes perfect sense!

I am done for this year.

  10. Honestly just caring a little less has been a major improvement for my mental health over the past few weeks.

  11. Dude like, c’mon. I know it’s not his fault but I dont wanna hear him still trying to be the emotional leader when he didn’t play this season

  12. The fans may not be helping but they’re also not hurting. They are reacting to the product on the field.

  13. I’d appreciate his sentiment a little more if he was in the building/on the sideline coaching his (QB) room up and not in California. Until then, pipe down there Discount Double Check.

The fans are right to be mad considering how bad the team has been since 2010 and how much money people have wasted and continue to waste supporting this loser of a franchise.

These people (players who complain about negativity) seem to forget who ultimately pays their salaries. It’s not Woody Johnson. It’s Joe Shmoe from down the street who spent hundreds of dollars to see a game with his family only to see Zach Wilson crap his pants again. And again. And again.

    Do better Jets. Do better.

  14. Maybe in that one drive with all the first-down passes they finally figured out how to use Zach. How’s that for some positivity?

  15. He knows it. They know it. We all know it. Zach Wilson is a lost cause. The earlier we move on from him, the better it will be for everyone.

  16. You just dipped your toes in this cess pool Rodgers.

I highly doubt this guy returns after an entire year to really experience what this franchise entails

  17. Easy for him to say… wonder how many millions he is taking to the bank
    No patience
We need to get what we deserve
    Attending games is not FREE

  18. This forced positivity is so toxic. Reminds me of that Malcom in the middle episode where he holds his tongue and never complains till the end when he’s just spitting blood.

  19. This is easy for a guy coming from GB to say. He has no idea of the frustration felt by this fan base and it comes off real tone deaf to complain about fans complaining about what looks to be the 12th total failure of a season out of the last 13.

  20. We went from “not the same ole jets” to “ok guys so it’s EXACTLY the same ole jets but smile and don’t be mean to them, we’re figuring it out”.

  21. He’s right. I don’t know why sports fans are so quick to shit on their team and players. Show some compassion. Zach was demoted to 3rd last season, and wasn’t expecting to play much this year either. It was a sit back, refocus, and develop year for him, but he doesn’t get that now. He stepped right in, and not having anyone else right now is not his decision.

There’s a story and adversity which makes it interesting. You have young frustrated super athletes that aren’t getting younger and want to win badly, and there’s always the chance for an upset. They are all human and can figure things out and make changes. Zach is playing differently right now than he has in the past(for better or worse), which is confirmation that he has been actively working on things and trying. He has a couple of good, precise drives this season that are franchise worthy, and look much better than he has in the past. I think he’s just trying to learn how to balance being careful with letting loose, and that has him overthinking and confused. Maybe he can make that adjustment enough to get some wins. People should at least be interested in the fact that Zach is doing some things differently.

I can’t understand not wanting and hoping they do well if that’s the option right now. Watching them beat the Bills is why I watch football. I want the underdog with the story to make something happen. I feel the same way about the chiefs and any other game. Maybe there will be a pick or 2, solid special teams play, and just a couple of good drives to make it a W. Who knows.
