2. I am old enough to remember when announcers routinely dressed like this, and it didn’t seem even slightly notable.

4. I know the day is coming when Keith leaves, and it just fills me with such sorrow. Please, Mets, give him one more great season in the sun!

5. I don’t take GKR for granted at all, and I’ll miss them when they’re gone, but damn do I miss Ralph Kiner all the time. The guy was such a treasure, and a link to a bygone era.

6. Any news on their contracts? I have missed out on the info lately.

   And Keith is aging really well.
