I live in Atlanta but I was born and raised in Chicago. I miss the sun-times sports editorial on the back of the newspaper.
I feel that was peak journalism before a time when social media was ever a thing.

Crazy I’ve become so digital that I can’t remember the last time I checked out the back page of the Sun Times. I grew up with the Tribune at home but the Sun Times was always the transit paper.
Really man? Eber-Flustered is the best you could manage?
Each week it’s like the Bears find new ways to be worse. I have no words anymore. I’d rather open my front door on Friday morning and just have George McCaskey standing there and punch me in the stomach, but I suppose he has better things to do, like checking the availability of Josh McDaniels next season. I wouldn’t be surprised.
I hope they know we really did want to love them. They could have been Gods among men.

Man I used to love the Sun Times , just reading the sports section every morning
Haven’t read the Sun Times or any Newspaper in a long long time. Glad to see the sports backpage is still not holding any punches. They always had far better sports coverage vs the Tribune at least at the pro level
Amazing that cubs blowing their playoff hopes are overshadowed by how bad the bears are. Cubbies catching a news cycle break for sure
I’m surprised they were able to get away with writing “Horseshit” with such minimal censorship
I like how the beat writers are all just done with all this. Imagine having to write the same story over week for the past 20+ years. I like they are all just blatantly calling it out now.
