I know it’s preseason and I’m not saying we’re even a playoff team but it’s hard not to think we’ll be miles better than last year.
I’m starting to believe Laine could be 1C for now and a potential long term 2C…dear god…are we finally going to have a solid center core?

Power play is still as flaccid as my diabetic grandpa. Ahhhh it’s good to have hockey back
We don’t really feature 2D on our powerplays, but that was fuckin’ dope!
The puck movement there was the best I’ve seen from the jackets in several years!
Multiple defensemen on the ice at a time during the PP is an interesting choice.
That was a sneaky impressive turn-and-shoot from silly there, he set his feet really quick

This may be Berni’s last game before going down. He had the real bad turn over from behind the net leading to the scoring chance as well. He’s been meh and though that penalty seemed weak he hasn’t stepped up enough for a crowded spot
Why do the refs hate Columbus?
Johnny has been quiet this preseason
Perhaps it’s because he has a basic helmet and just plain pads, but he seems really focused on stopping the puck and not being a social media star
