  1. Getting ahead of it isn’t gonna make taking out any guys who are rolling any less stupid Dave

  2. i think Bobby is capable but other than that, makes sense. and with how good the bullpen has been, it’s totally fair to even have Bobby on a short-ish leash.

  3. Already questioning Roberts. It’s post season, if they are on let them cook. Hate that he is even talking about game planning right now.

  4. So — business as usual …

Don’t ride your starters, lean the bullpen too much and hope for the best to get to the World Series and win it.

    Great.

  5. Nothing ever good has come from pitching more than 5 innings. Kersh would have held the Cards in those NLDS

  6. I think it’s cool that even if Dave Roberts were fired, there are a bunch of superior replacement managers in the comment section of r/dodgers.

  7. 5-6 innings is fine with me. Keep them arm fresh if needed for deep run. Miller and Kershaw are locked to be 1 and 2 starters. Lynn or Pepiot for Game 3 then they have Sheehan, Grove and Yarbrough who can start or piggyback in those 3 games. With Brasier, Kelly, Graterol, Shelby and Phillips at the back end. Their lefties are struggling and the pitchers i mentioned can get outs on both sides. If Doc wants 13/13 in the roster then i can see Hurt as the wildcard player.

  8. Two years ago, I was going to BC games to watch my girlfriend’s cousin pitch. This year she and I are about to be married and that same cousin might be pitching in the MLB playoffs. Life comes at you fast. I’m hyped, go Dodgers! LFG Emmet Sheehan!
