Hello Broncos Reddit!
I’ve been posting for awhile and never formally introduced myself (sorry for my poor manners).😫
My name is Em
I currently work for The Gazette/Denver Gazette doing Audience Development.
But fun fact about me is that I have been working in some capacity with the Broncos since I was in high school.
As a kid I never got to experience a Broncos game from the stands, I actually didn’t attend my first Broncos game as a “fan” until I was almost 25 years old! I always got to experience Broncos and Avs games from behind the scenes with my dad.
My dad is the person who got me a job at 16 years old, just holding a parabolic microphone for Altitude Sports working a high school football game for Valor high school. As I got older, my opportunities grew and I was offered a job with CBS and Fox sports working games as a “runner.”
This was such a fun gig as I got to meet and spend actual time and converse with so many wonderful athletes and journalists as well as celebrities. One of my favorite journalists I got to “run” for was Erin Andrews and Jim Rome.
I regularly spent time in the play-by-play booth with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms as well as some others like Pam Oliver and Boomer Esaison.
My dad still works almost all games (at 63 years old!) and he is always right there on the sidelines at every single home game, so if you see him, make sure you wave at him. 😉
I’d love to open this opportunity for you all to ask me some questions you have about the Broncos (era 2015-2019) and I would love to share some fun anecdotal stories from my days behind the Bronco 🐎

Current regiment seems to favor national media over local. I’d go as far as saying they hate the local media. Any behind the scenes info on the battle/s with the press?

Did Jim Rome call you a clone? For all the hate he gets I enjoy his podcast.

Do you have any experience as a defensive coordinator? And are you looking for a job?
Your story is super interesting, but come on… you can’t post an AMA and then just not respond to anybody.
At what point when making this post did you decide “fuck it” and walk away? Are you going to take the Vance Joseph approach to defense in this scenario?
How do I get a job doing literally Broncos anything? Its like my dream job to be apart of the organization in any form.
