Can anyone explain to me why Campbell gets more snaps than Shep w/o mentioning injury bcuz they’ve played the same amount of games since 2019? Shep is by far the better player

  1. Wandale will be taking his job soon enough. We forget dude blew out his knee like mid season last year.

I want Shep in this organization forever. Dudes a fighter, a trooper, and has every right to be livid. One of the few guys I feel like I enjoyed having on this team for the last decade. But instead of doing what Neal did, he’s just says I’m frustrated. We need more Sheps (just Sheps that can stay healthy)

  2. parris was supposed to be big speed/yac guy. shep is a route technician at this point of his career, think cole beasley, not a lot of yac. though parris has provided the worst yac in the nfl this season his role gets usurped more by wan’dale than shep

  3. No, he’s terrible. But it’s changing and his snap counts decreasing:

    Wk 1: 47 (67%)

    Wk 2: 45 (66%)

    Wk 3: 21 (42%) – Robinson returns

    Wk 4: 23 (31%)

Wan’Dale was 2nd in WR snaps against Seattle with 48 (64%). Hyatt also saw a big jump in snaps week 4 with 45 snaps (60%) after playing just 55 snaps through the first 3 weeks.

I’d say Slayton/Wan’Dale/Hyatt are now the top 3 WRs.

  4. can anyone explain to me the reason why something happens without mention the actual reason?

  5. You mention to give a reason why he’s getting more snaps w/o mentioning injury, but that may very well be the reason. Shep might not be injured right now, but the coaching staff might be taking precautionary measures since Shep had an ACL injury last year and an Achilles tear the year before. He could easily be slower after those injuries, thus not getting enough separation from defenders. Campbell isn’t playing great, but he might be better during practices compared to Shep; we don’t know since we’re not seeing what’s going on behind closed doors.

  6. Shepard over Campbell all day. Both INTs Monday we’re going to Campbell and he does not pass the eye test.

  7. The offensive line is so bad this year that it’s a complete waste of time to talk about receivers. None of them will get a chance to do anything because there’s no time to throw.

  8. Campbell isn’t shifty or quick enough for the plays he’s getting called. He should be running routes that showcase his speed.
