Side note, Stephen Drew was absolutely nails that postseason defensively. Outside of Ortiz in the World Series, the offense was certainly lacking overall and Drew was a big part of that deficiency, but he always seemed to make the play when we needed it. I was glad he got that sweetheart HR in the World Series.
Just seeing those three names brings me back…

2013 will always be my favourite team. Everything about it was magic and they got me absolutely obsessed with baseball as a kid.

I absolutely loved that 2013 team, this was just a few years after my now wife and I started dating. This team got her absolutely hooked on baseball and she’s been a huge fan ever since!
