Bakers really gotta work on being decisive and seeing the play. On that touchdown play, he had Cade Otton open and then Rachaad White. He has to get to one of them instead of being flustered under the pocket and going for a high-probablity play with Thompkins. Bakers gotta work on executing the easier plays.
