The physical definition of efficiency

The bus was full of energy and effort, and his abilities were far beyond valuable, especially when healthy

  1. It’s a Bettis kind of stat. If I had seen just the stat I’d say it was probably him. Dude had some wild games. I was at the coin toss game. Saw him have an absolute fit on the field.

  2. Back when Bussy would take one or 2 steps straight, then jog into the endzone on the right side. Pittsburgh controlled the los back then. Ben use to throw deep left sideline first play of every game too, for a fast td. Nobody could stop either one.

  3. I remember watching the playoff game against colts when he fumbled at the 1 yard line and Big Ben made the tackle in a room in upstate Ohio where I was the ONLY person in that room rooting for Pittsburgh!!!! Such an amazing player

  4. Yeah that was pretty crazy, but to be honest with you, the Steelers streak of no losing seasons is crazier to me. No one has been more critical of this organization than me, and I’ve been pretty critical of Tomlin even though I really think he still a very good coach. But holy shit is that impressive. There are so many moving parts on the football team, and it’s such a tough league.

In some ways the streak is overhyped because it has not come with playoff success, and some people use it as a shield to deflect valid criticism, but it’s gotten to the point where it’s now underrated. Because it’s still incredibly impressive.
