Not surprised, two non-competitive blowouts in a row has the arrow pointing straight down.
This “rebuild” has been a disaster. On the upside, being so awful that you get a top 5 pick is how bad teams like the Bengals were able to turn it around. Or the Jets with back to back top 5 picks. Buckle up for another year of suck next season, fellas!
What’s crazier is that 6 of the top 10 are NFC teams. With Mahomes, Allen, Rodgers, Herbert, Lamar, Burrow, Watson, Lawrence & R. Wilson (w/ Sean Payton as his play caller) in the AFC, most people thought the AFC would be the dominant conference.
this makes sense… panthers and broncos suck too but they at least get points on the board. giants should be 31 though.

I honestly think you could argue we are the worst team in the league.
Broncos defense is atrocious but the offense is at least functional. Vikings/Bears/Giants just underperforming and clearly better than us when healthy. All three are good enough to at least win like 4-5 games.
Cardinals and Panthers are probably right there with us but at least they can get first downs and put up points.

I get we played some of the top defenses in the league this year in our early schedule…. And we even looked somewhat promising v Eagles/Dolphins… but
Wtf happened last 2 weeks? We went from “hanging with the contenders” to totally looking like a huge heap of steaming shit

Guys, if this means we’re going back to the 90s, it means we’ll have another once in a lifetime Red Sox team soon that everyone loves and nobody can do wrong and we beat the Yankees in 7 games in a total nailbiter 4 game comeback and take over the city in peaceful celebration and then we draft some absolute nobody of a QB and return to a dynasty.

Sucks at the moment, but I’ll always be a fan. I was born in the early 70’s and have seen even worse teams fielded than this one. But it’s all good. I still love my team and look forward to the future.

I’m feeling vindicated seeing this after all offseason I was being downvoted here for saying we have one of the worst rosters in the league and we would win 5 games…Now we are lucky if we sniff 5 wins.
Brings back memories from when I was a kid just learning about football. Lots of fond memories of my dad explaining when the radio announcers were talking about positions and packages. How many years of this before the Pats stop selling out the stadium again?

Yep, the trying to quickly spend out of a deep rebuild in 2021 failed. This is going to be a long time. Year 4, 2020 to now, and no I don’t know when it ends. Nobody does until it’s ready.
The way we played the last few weeks we should be ranked below the Birmingham Stallions at this point.
