  1. classic case of a guy who ran too physical. There is, I think, great potential in developing the technical aspects of running at the RB position. Lynch could do it at a high level for a long time because he kept a wide base and ran THROUGH contact rather than runnining TO contact. Rawls would seek out the big hits, Marshawn would use his low stance to push people out of the way

  2. I said it in another thread and I’ll repeat here.

    I still think the pressure of following up after Marshawn got to him, everyone started calling him “Baby Beastmode” and that put unnecessary pressure on him to truck people, He was a great one-cut runner that somehow tried to be a bowling ball and it cost him in injuries and effectiveness.

  3. He was always overrated. He had the best blocking a Hawks RB has had since Alexander. Even in this video, I can’t stress enough as a former RB what some other Hawks RBs could have done with holes that big. Marshawn especially.
