He doesn’t have to throw a lot since he’s always ahead. But when he does throw he makes it count by throwing past the sticks.
This tells you alot.
Unlike with Jimmy where you could argue Shanahan was limiting pass attempts because “he doesn’t trust Jimmy” I think with Brock it’s more just being a victim of success. Always playing with the lead and getting pulled early -> low pass attempts.

Their offense is raking so it’s hard to believe they’ve thrown it the least but also CMC and Shanny…
He and all the starters were taken out with 12:50 left in the 4th during the last game. He could have had more attempts if he had to play the rest of the game.

Teams don’t pass the ball that much when they’re up multiple scores. It’s also tough to get pass attempts when you’re on the bench with a ball cap on.
It’s funny how Brock Purdy is so much like Curry when he won his first mvp in 2015. He was all about efficiency and sitting out 4th quarters cuz they’d be blowing the other team out. Purdy is so deadly when he has his opportunities
