Really feels like “nice we won” should read “never had a doubt”
Watching people melt down about last night really shows there age…. For 17 years we didnt have a team that could score 14 points in a quarter… now we have a team that (sometimes) can score 14 points in 5 minutes. But yeah, last night wasn’t fun
I’ve been saying for the last 4 years we NEED some ugly wins. Every game we have had in this era has been either a blowout win or a close loss. This is the NFL, most games are close, especially in the playoffs when it counts. Your players have to be able to dig deep and fight hard on the days when things AREN’T going their way, when things AREN’T easy. As much fun as it is to watch the Bills stunt and style on a team that’s already broken down and watch the scoreboard light on fire. You need to see some grit and determination too, that’s what I saw last night. That’s why I think some wins like this are way more important than blowing out some mid tier team. (although blowing out the Dolphins was hella impressive IMO)
