It’s all well deserved hype. Pay it no mind though. The millisecond they lose a game those clowns will be back on the Detroit sucks train.

Idk about best team in the nfl but we are def a Super Bowl contender.
GMFB have been lions fans for a long time.
Back when Nate was on their repping the team they were supporters. Through all the tests of awful play they have been consistently the ones who will talk about the lions.
It’s all so surreal. But I’m loving every second of it.
I really hope we don’t have a bad game in Baltimore.
I’ll even be fine if we lose by 3 or something, but please God, don’t let us pee our pants while everyone is looking at us.

Kyle Brandt brought up the Hard Knocks clip about the coaches discussing Craig and I could tell, even if it’s somewhat of a media persona, he really vibes with what the team stands for
I love GMFB. Always have since Burleson and Kay Adams were on it.
I love that Peter Schrager is one of the few prominent NFL media members who is a vocal Lions fan. Aside from him and Cynthia Frelund, many didn’t jump on the Lions bandwagon till the latter half of last year
My favorite part of the segment was Kyle Brandt screaming “CRAIG REYNOLDS!!!!!” when Peter showed him who he was getting for his jersey.
Can you imagine how surreal it is for Craig to see this clip, when he was one of the last members to make the team, and has been RB3 or lower for his entire NFL career. Now he’s got the host of an Emmy winning morning show screaming his name in excitement when he’s given a jersey. Must be absolutely crazy for him.
The niners are still the best team in the NFL and if the Chiefs get healthy its hard to not put them over just cause of Mahomes, but the lions are a real top 5 team in the nfl with a legit superbowl winning chance this year. That is baffling. The fact the lions have still been winning with so many major starters out is a giant sign of just how good they are. If they knock off the Ravens and get to their bye week They should be able to steam roll the last part of their schedule and we could be looking at home field throughout and a 1st round bye.
I love it but it’s so reactionary and impulsive.
So if Moody made his kick we would not be the best in their eyes? So silly lol
We will prove we are the new kings of the NFL soon enough.
I can’t say best but I will say up there with the best. I think the secondary while playing great at the moment could possibly have a come back down to earth game. I love the guys on this team and some dudes are playing above expectations. I just think there’s still questions that need to be answered at CB.
Everyone loves the Lions right now, but soon, the NFL community will hate them.
Get ready for a roller coaster. It’s cute and trendy to love the wholesome Lions, but after any loss the vultures will come out and call them “overrated” and “SOL”.
Be prepared guys. Our own fans will even get cynical after our next loss. If Gibbs only gets 12 carries, some fans will call him a waste. If Jamo drops another ball this year, some fans will want him dead. If Goff struggles at any point, some fans will regurgitate the “he’s a bridge” stuff.
I swear to god none of know how to react to any of this. I feel like most of us are honestly in shock, or just so jaded we expect them to implode for no reason.
I honestly think they are the real deal and I’m here for it. I’ve always been here for it even at 0-16. I’m a fan all the way and that’s what has me worried. But I don’t give up. I love the Lions good or bad.
But I’m saying this, if we go to the superbowl I’m getting a Lions tattoo. I have no tattoos, my wife has one and want’s a second. Her and I have a pact: If the Lions go to the superbowl I will get a Lions tattoo win or lose. If the Wolverines win National champs and the Lions go to the superbowl I’ll get a Lions Tattoo and a Wolverines Tattoo. I won’t back out because I’ve always wanted a tattoo just never wanted anything bad enough. Now I do.
I will post the pics here if and when I do. I AM READY LET’S GO
I really want to see the Lions win on Sunday, in part, because they suggested they would rep Ravens jerseys if Baltimore beats the Lions.
I’d like this shirt swapping gag to get stuck on Detroit lol
I’m not sure how much I like all these talking heads who are jumping on the Lions bandwagon. I feel like as soon as they lose again, everyone will be turning and start talking about how they’re really not that good.
I’ve waited my whole life for people to respect the Lions…and now I’m like a dog chasing a car.
Now that I’ve caught it, I have no idea what to do with it.

It seems this is the week the national media has climaxed on the Lions’ bandwagon and it coincides with perhaps their toughest game. The Ravens defense can be stifling, and we really needed Montgomery for this game. I think it’s likely a loss, and that’s okay, but it’ll be interesting to hear if a lot of national media will clamor that the Lions are frauds if they lay an egg this week.
