[Shipley] The Jaguars have signed PS QB Nathan Rourke to the active roster. They can carry 3 QBs tomorrow without hurting the game day roster number.

   EDIT: emergency qb can’t play unless both other qb’s have been ruled out due to injury during the game so this almost guarantees trevor starts the game
