  1. Just FUCKINF sad to see JH go like this man like honestly was avoiding this basketball shit for a while just cause like I wish he’d like remove his trade request and maybe consider coming back but I see the news like shit averting worse and I don’t even know how to feel anymore. Like please just stay another season promise man you’ll get paid if you play well man.

  2. Thinking of this guy at night just unreal. Can’t even sleep properly. Like what the fuck yall

Edit: idk what to say someone please just like talk to me man im so FUCKINF sad he’s gonna probably not play for us anymore. Just depressed I’ve been putting this off for so fucking long

  3. I think that one day he might think he wants to come back. I will welcome with open arms at least

  4. He wants to. He intends to retire here. But ownership is not willing to give him a contract. Cap space for next year is more important to them.

  5. Yeah so did Joel and Ben. Just another failed sixers front office move. Sucks man Joel is such a fun player and he’ll never win here because we failed him so miserably. Fear not we have a great football team and baseball team that’s 6 wins away from the mountain top. I couldn’t be paid to care about the absolute circuses going on in the Wells Fargo Center

  6. To understand what happens next I think its important to understand how the sixers ended up in this situation. JH wanted to retire on the sixers. This would have required a long term contract. The front office wisely did not want to give a badly aging 34 year old anything longer than a 2 year contract. He aint Lebron James who is still an athletic freak at the ripe old age of 38. JH wanted to leave in FA but quickly realized that no team was willing to give him that contract. Against all expectations, he then took the sixers front office by surprise when he chose to opt in to his existing contract. When the front office still refused to give him the contract he asked for he got pissy and demanded a trade request. The man can’t accept that he’s no longer a max contract player. The front office did nothing wrong, and its not the sixers who should be asking for a second chance.

  7. If I never have to see JH pretend to contest a perimeter shot again in a Sixers uniform, I’ll be happy.
