Not surprising. His uncle, Dan Reeves, probably exposed him to the joys of coaching from a young age.

I wonder how many more years he sticks around. I’m not too familiar with the average retirement age and all that, but he’s 31 and his last post game conference had me wondering a bit too. One of the last connections to the dynasty left.
Andrews is already a great coach. Because the OL was able to remain in tact all last season with him acting as dead to OL coach.
Maybe he could replace Klemm
