lol.
I said that was a clean hit on r/NFL and got down voted to hell lol
The hell Mike is supposed to do in a situation like that? Pretend-tackle? Kiss him on the forehead?
Looks like a textbook tackle to me. I didn’t see the body weight thing.
I get why a penalty but that level of fine is ridiculous, his head hitting the ground is rough but I don’t see what edwards should have done differently
Soft.
Can’t hit the QB anymore.
Someone mentioned at the time but it’s hilarious Edwards got fined for this when Wilson is literally bigger than him yet they’re worried about Wilson getting hurt 😂terrible call and terrible rule
Horse hockey
If it’s a RB or any other position that’s just a nice hit.
He didn’t suck his dick after that’s why
NFL is soft as fuck
Jesus Christ…. look at Edward’s even dragging his right knee down and then lifting off him. Refs suck.
The officiating is uneven at best. The NFL protects certain positions. Running backs can be hit by multiple 300+lbs individuals from all directions and when was the last time you saw a roughing the running back penalty???? But QBs/WRs ?
If flag football is a hit don’t be surprised if things change in the NFL. Stars can’t make the NFL money in IR.
What is up with the NFL and fines this year, they seem to be way up and for more and more nonsensical reasons? Are they openly pushing for a record breaking charity donation or something?
Not a chiefs fan but that was a clean hit
