[Krawczynski] Karl-Anthony Towns missed the preseason finale in Chicago with right knee soreness. He said today he’s good to go for the opener. Chris Finch says Jaden McDaniels is doing some 1-on-0 work right now. But it still seems like he’s got some hurdles to clear.

1. If he’s only at 1-on-0 he might be kind of far away (assuming this isn’t a weird way of handling the finishing touches on his extension).

2. I know it’s most likely not related, but on the recent Zach Lowe podcast him and the group kind of hinted at the contract could be real sticky at this point

3. Time for our depth to come through while Jaden gets healthy. I wonder how he injured it. Hopefully he’s just being cautious since the extension is kind of hanging over everything, and not seriously injured or holding out.
