  1. Soft ass league. Can someone in the know tell me what NFL viewership (not just playoffs/Super Bowl) has been like the last few years? Feels like many are getting tired of watching ref-ball, but that’s just my perception.

  2. Deserved tbh 🤷‍♀️

The fact K-Jax supporters are defending a genuinely dirty hit yesterday where the receiver had no time to protect himself is also disturbing

  3. Getting suspended for a clean hit? Fuck the NFL. Can’t wait to see the inevitable BS unsportsmanlike penalty when Mahomes gets touched at all next week.

  4. The dude just could not adapt and change his play. He knocked out three players this year. The league had to move on from just fines. Time for the team to move on from him.

  5. I absolutely expected a suspension. I absolutely did not expect 4 games. This should get appealed down to 2 max but likely 1. 4 is excessive when Kareem’s hits aren’t even dirty

  6. That’s outrageous, especially considering the hit that’s causing this. 1 or 2 games would make sense, 4 is wayyy to heavy.

  7. I mean that’s excessive. He absolutely has earned a suspension but longer than Ray Rice? Come on man

  8. Not surprised really, the hit wasn’t really that bad and definitely wouldn’t normally have warranted his ejection but NY stepped in yesterday due to his repeated offenses

4 is extremely high though, 1 or 2 would be normal

  9. I wanna appeal this for Kjack. He’s the last of the hard hitting safeties in the league.

  10. Pretty dumb since only one of his hits seemed too vicious. The others were aggressive plays that looked worse than they were because of how the receiver positioned their bodies once KJ committed

  11. I watched Atwater take himself out for a play during the Superbowl. Those were brutal hits back in the day. Not being able to hit players hard is getting out of hand. When are they going to take the Peanut Tillman punch out of the game. How many times a week do we see defenders try this only to hit the opposing players body parts.

Before anyone brings it up I don’t condone leading with the helmet. That’s just asking to get serious injuries. There have been some really solid shoulder hits classified as leading with the helmet even with the player ducking.

  12. Yeaaaahhh that’s excessive.

KJ needs to understand the era of NFL he’s playing in but that fucking hit is not a 4 game hit.

  13. That’s going to cost $1,250,000 for Kareem.

NFL needs to be more concerned with the fixed officiating in the Chiefs games.

  14. The Packers hit was definitely borderline, but the continuation of questionable hits will warrant attention from Park Ave.

It’s partially a PR move, but like it or not, Jackson has landed at least 2 players in concussion protocol, which is the last kind of press the League wants.

  15. I feel like the nfl needs to expand on what a defenseless WR is. You cannot be defenseless if you’re actively trying to progress the ball. You’re defenseless if you’re in the air and i feel like that should be it. It makes it hard to play defense because you’re seemingly not allowed to try to force the ball out or stop forward momentum, the offense can make any move they want and as a defender you have to let them.

  16. Witherspoon leveled a dude yesterday with even more force yet no flag or suspension. The league needs to be more consistent on their rules.

  17. Fine and penalty for that hit? Fine. Ejection and 4 game suspension? The fuck?! Almost as much as they did to Watson

  18. Hill broke his sons arm and didn’t get suspended for 4 games. But we’re gonna do it now for incidental head to head contact? Joke of a league
