8. I’m glad he’s upset. But I feel like you can kinda hear it in his voice that he knows he has to turn this around or he’s looking for a job.

   I’ve been a Staley defender until this year. His time has come. He either can’t enforce the schemes correctly or he can’t create a good enough scheme. Either way let’s get him out

11. When I think back on the Staley era with disgust in a few years, it will most likely be this video, not just the clip but this actual reddit post. It is so succinctly emblematic of his failings as the head coach of the chargers. It wasn’t all bad, all of the 4th down calls in ‘21 were pretty fun.
