I’ve been watching this play so many times and I just noticed… was this offsides?!

It doesn’t look like it to me. I dont see full white between skate and blue line. Doesn’t look like conclusive evidence which is needed.
You may be referring to the old version of the offsides rule where the skate had to remain on the ice behind the blue line. A year or so ago it was changed so that the blue line creates a vertical plane and the skate is no longer required to be on the ice. Under that rule, McT’s skate is clearly behind the blue line, and thus no offsides.
