8. This doesn’t make much sense to me. If Tyrod plays really well leading up to the Cowboys game, then we should stick with the hot hand. If Tyrod plays poorly and we lose leading up to the Cowboys game, then our season is likely out of reach and there’s no sense risking Jones in such a game.
