Not sure how many times I’ve reported Davante is happy with @Raiders and on the same page with the staff and front office. You’re either paying attention or not or trying to hold onto self created narratives.

  1. It doesn’t fit the narrative that players feel the same way as some fans. You can be happy you’re on the Raiders and be frustrated with the gameplay/offensive output.

  2. It’s because this dude isn’t an unbiased source. He releases whatever the Raiders PR team tells him to release. What Davante says and what the Raiders and Vinny says don’t match up to me

  3. My old ass stepdad just said “I heard they’re gonna trade Adams”, so the narrative is getting pushed somewhere on basic cable.

  4. I also saw some comments from Renfrow a week or so ago that were very confident about his approach to “contributing to the team” and “being out there for his teammates” for the media interviews and then a week later saw that his agent team is requesting a trade.

Since I’m obvi not smart enough to figure out why a player would give PR answers in an interview and then hold personal views that they handle via a different channel. Can you please break down how that could happen?

  5. If we as fans can be upset with how the team is performing but still love being fans of the team, I don’t know why it’s such a foreign idea for Davante to be able to do the same? The guy is literally a childhood Raiders fan! I’m sure his biggest dream as a kid was to grow up and play for the Raiders one day and help them win championships! He loves this organization and he loves representing it. Just cause he doesn’t love how things are going, doesn’t mean he wants out.

  6. I’m gonna need to see at least 3 more posts, worded in different ways, but meaning the same thing before I even start to believe. This is ridiculous!

  7. I mean I don’t think he’s “happy” with how the team is doing, but I fully believe he likes being a Raider.

  8. He’s not on the same page with the front office Vinny unless your sources are more credible than Davante Adams own words. Freaking heck dude.

He doesn’t see eye to eye with the front office and people think that’s changed because his production has significantly dropped is insane.

And also Vinny dude, in the 1% chance you see this comment, McDaniels is a crap hire and it’s time you delete those posts you had in the beginning supporting this bogusness.

  9. Well apparently, some of the things he’s quoted as saying, don’t seem like happy conversation topics. But maybe I’m creating a narrative.

I’d like to create a narrative of a winning record…

  10. This sub is getting very dull when every post is either the “fire McDaniels” crowd beating the same dead horse or the pro-McDaniels crowd taking every positive puff piece to troll the fans.

For the record, Davante also said a few months ago that “we don’t see eye to eye on what we think is best for us right now” regarding the team. The dude says both positive and negative things depending on his feelings. Acting like either one is the absolute truth, or suggesting that it’s a “self created narrative” to simply quote something that he said as Vinny has here, is just clown shit.

  11. And why wouldn’t he be happy? We’ve sucked ass the entire time he’s been here. And QBs have struggled to keep him consistently involved. I’m sure he’s ecstatic. And he def knows something we don’t just like Josh McD. This offense is gonna break out…any year now.

Vinny B is a party line guy. Devonte isn’t giving him shit
